When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and arrive within 7–10 business days of being placed. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. U.S. import duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Orders shipped to Rhode Island have 7% Rhode Island sales tax added at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent by email and visible on your order page.
What are the pieces made of?
Every product page lists the measured facts of that piece — base material, plating, stones, dimensions in millimetres, and weight. We publish only what we have verified, and we do not claim precious materials, rarity, or hand-made status unless documented.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces dry, put them on after perfume and lotion, store them flat and separately, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
What is your return policy?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
